Please do not email us your debit or credit card information.  
We cannot be held responsible for any loss that might occur if you include card information in an email.

How to cancel your order

You can cancel your order at any time up until it has entered the shipping process. 
To check on your order status, please call us directly. If you have already received our shipping confirmation email, remember that you still have 14 days in which to return your unused mamtak bag - please see the Returns section for more information.
