We′re happy to guarantee your mamtak bag for its first year.

We check every mamtak product that we make before it leaves us,.
If any of the parts or fabric of your mamtak bag fall short before within its first year,
please email us or give us a call as soon as possible.

Warranty

mamtak warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. 

This limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new mamtak bag This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e., abrasion of components and fabrics). Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.

Mamtak  will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, email us at mamtak@mamtakbags.com

Claim Process

Please read the Returns and repairs page for more information on what to do with a faulty product. When making a claim, you will be required to produce proof of original ownership, indicating the date of purchase. Please note that returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of your receipt of purchase.

About the Warranty

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your bag free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value.
